GM++, Artelians!

With the announcement of the Artela roadmap and the launch of ART Home, the incentives for Artelians actively contributing to the testnet are now within reach. And for our most dedicated contributors during the testnet phase—the Artela Stars! — of course we've prepared generous rewards and a clear set of guidelines.

Today, we are thrilled to announce a major upgrade to the Artela community with the official release of the Artela Star Guidelines and Incentive Plan!

Overview

Artelians can upgrade through multiple ways, starting from the Star level and advancing to Super Star and beyond, depending on their contributions and leadership within the community.

This guideline's foundation lies in our belief that decentralized governance and active community participation are key to fostering innovation and sustainability within Artela ecosystem.

Below, you'll find an outline of the star community structure, key roles, responsibilities, and the highly anticipated incentive plan that rewards your efforts.

Star Community Structure

Role Definitions:

  • Art Star: Artela Foundation members.

  • Super Star: initially 6-8 members

    • Artela Ambassadors are eligible to apply directly for Super Star status.

    • 2-3 new Super Stars are promoted from Star++ every month.

    • New Super Stars will be selected whenever existing ones step down.

  • Star: initially 3000 active members selected from Artelians.

    • Selection is based on engagement in campaign missions and community engagement.

    • Stars are categorized by language and region and assigned to a coordinating Super Star.

Role Responsibilities:

Art Star Responsibilities:

  1. Publish Star Mission tasks.

  2. Overall guidance of the Star community.

  3. Guide Super Stars

  4. Organize and implement community-driven improvement.

  5. Evaluate and assess Super Stars.

Super Star Responsibilities:

  1. Execute Super Star missions (minimum twice a month) focusing on core content creation, such as publishing high-quality content, memes, or social promotion.

  2. Lead Stars by:

    • Hosting monthly AMA sessions to explain key PR focuses.

    • Sharing and promoting high-quality Star content while evaluating submissions.

    • Ensuring Stars in their group complete missions with high quality.

    • Overseeing the promotion of Stars to Star+ and Star++ levels.

  3. Adhere to guidelines for social media profile uniformity (e.g., X account banners, bios).

Star Responsibilities:

  1. Complete Star Missions.

  2. Participate actively in Super Star-led monthly AMA sessions and maintain community engagement.

  3. Adhere to guidelines for social media profile uniformity (e.g., X account banners, bios).

Promotion and Evaluation Standards:

Artelian to Star Promotion:

  • Selection based on participation and completion of campaigns

  • Discord engagement

  • Fill out the form for community contribution potential

Star to Star+ Promotion:

Automatic ranking based on task completion and quality

  • High scores on weekly missions

  • Ranking of Star Mission completion

  • Crystal score

  • AMA participation

  • Discord engagement

Star+ to Star++ Promotion:

Direct promotion by Super Star, based on the following criteria:

  • Completion of a community contribution challenge:

    • Create a meme series widely used by the community and officially

    • Publish an introductory blog/media/video about Artela, receiving 50+ high-quality organic comments and shares

  • Weekly Star Mission completion and quality

Star++ to Super Star Promotion:

Option 1 – Automatic system ranking based on:

  • Weekly task completion rate and quality.

  • Contribution and leadership within the community.

  • Engagement in community activities (e.g., AMA sessions, chats, tracked by Mee6).

  • Star mission completion rate.

  • Discord engagement level.

Option 2 – Super Stars can each nominate 2 Stars for promotion per month.

Incentive Plan

To reward our active participants, the Star Program offers a dynamic Incentive Plan designed to recognize community contributions and mission completion. This plan provides a transparent way to earn rewards in Crystal, which will be exchanged to Artela native tokens, ensuring that every contribution is acknowledged and valued.

Up to 1% of total tokens per year will be distributed to Star Program as rewards.

Star Incentives

Stars are incentivized based on mission completion and community contributions, which include:

  • Star mission completion rate

  • Community engagement (mission completion rate and Discord activity tracking)

Final Words

In the future, Artela Stars will serve as the core leaders of Artela community, guiding fellow Artelians in achieving personal growth within the Artela ecosystem.

Every Artelian will have the chance to become the next Artela Star, and every Star’s contributions will be recognized and rewarded, with opportunities to rise and evolve into community leaders.
